 Introduce:

 

  As the filtration equipment through the action of high strength air flow, the double person air shower room is often used in conjunction with clean room.It can remove the impurity such as dust on the working staff before they go into the clean room. Each side of our product has six nozzles with a wide distribution range. With the mouth diameter of 30mm, the nozzle can spray out the air quickly
and the air shower area can be up to 1500×1900×1910mm. The air shower time can be adjusted in the range of 0 to 99s. Thus, the air shower effect can be assured to be the best level, which guarantees the cleanliness of the clean room completely.

Controls:

 

- Shower operation controlled by solid sate LCD timer, with tamper-proof closure to ensure selected setting is maintained.
- Emergency "off" button with audible alarm installed inside shower. Built-in relays from motors, locks and timers.
Sequential operation initiated by sensor & door magnetic switch.

 

 

Electrical & Power Requirements:

 

- All electrical components UL Approved. 230V or 460V, 3 Ph.
- Junction box on top for customer power supply.
- Control circuitry 12V DC & 24V AC

Motor/Blower Assembly:

 

- High efficiency motors to reduce electrical load.

- Motors thermally protected & self-lubricating.
- Motors/Blowers are selected to maintain constant required airflow rate up to twice the initial static pressure.
Filter/Blower housing has simple plug-in connector.

Lighting -Recessed 2 pin fluorescent lighting. 60 ft. candles.

 

Factory test: 

 

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

--functional test and visual inspection

--electrical safety tests

--air velocity testing

--purification rank test (if need) 

 

Consumable parts illustration:

 

1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times.

 

2: HEPA filter: each one should be replacement in each half and one years.

 

Warranty:

 

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
